Welcome to Visual Echoes Studio. All items are authentically handmade, hand carved, and hand painted! Located in Lewiston, New York, we ship worldwide! Masks are currently shipping ahead of schedule, if you have any questions please send us a message!
► CUSTOM DESIGNS
We are able to offer limited customization. Due to time constraints we do not offer new designs, however, if you would like an alteration to an existing design, please send me a message.
► Shipping in the U.S.
Please note that shipping times are not the same as creation/processing time for the masks. We are not resellers, we create each and every mask that is shipped. Shipping time effects ONLY how long the carrier will take to deliver the package. Please pay close attention to listings not only in our shop but all of Etsy to be sure your items will arrive when you expect.
► International Shipping
International orders can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to arrive, we unfortunately cannot guarantee international order arrival times, we can only guarantee when the mask is completed and leaves our studio.
► Masks that are shipped as gifts will arrive in a plain box, sent from Visual Echoes Studio. Inside the box, there will be an envelope with a note containing your personalized message (if included) and care instructions for the mask. If you would like to include a note longer than Etsy's 150 character limit, please send me a message directly and I will happily add it!

5 out of 5 starsGorgeous and functional mask!!! I needed something I can wear for hours and I can already tell this will be great- padding/large eye holes-key. It is the unique owl mask I’ve been looking for. UPDATE: After comfortably wearing it for hours, receiving tons of compliments, it sits on my shelf as a beautiful piece of art, reminding me of the good time I had.

I entered the wrong address and my mask has already shipped, can I get a refund or replacement?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for items shipped to incorrect addresses.
